Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – 5-Day Immersive Painting Week and all other workshops at Fig Tin Studio or The Old Meeting House Studio, or at private venues where Sally Ellis has agreed to attend.

Payment.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
These are small, immersive workshops, and preparation begins well in advance.

Cancellation & Refunds.
Cancellations made more than 1 month before the start date...
→ You will receive a full refund, minus a £50 administration fee.
Cancellations made within 1 month of the start date...
→ Unfortunately, I’m unable to offer a refund at this stage, as materials, catering, and studio preparation will already be in place.

If I’m able to fill your place...
If you need to cancel within 1 month and I’m able to fill your place from a waiting list or replacement booking, I will refund your payment minus the £50 administration fee, once the new booking is confirmed and paid in full.

In the unlikely event I need to cancel...
If I need to cancel the workshop for any reason, a full refund will be issued.

This policy allows me to plan the workshop properly and give everyone the best possible experience.
