Raw & Honest

A body of work born from challenging times, vulnerability in all its forms.
Some of it's grief, some of it's motherhood, all of it's real.
I make no apology for any of it.

The figures are alone in their nakedness, as there's nothing more exposing and nothing that makes you feel more vulnerable than this.
Each piece is in response to recent events that have reshaped who I am as a daughter, a sister, and a mother. 
My repeated use of squares and box-like forms scattered around the figures are memories; this is how thoughts arranged themselves whilst painting.
